Feeling the burn

Yesterday was the first day that I ran through my workout with my personal trainer. Ouch. I am feeling it today, though not as bad as I had been expecting. I am going to go in again after work tomorrow because I don't think my muscles can take any more today.

I can't believe that Christmas is in a week. How time flies.

My weekend with Tammy rocked! It was great seeing her again, but weekend was too short. The competition went well since I didn't hurt myself and I ended up with a third in my single jig. Woohoo!

Not much more going on right now, but hopefully something exciting will happen soon.

Join the Club

I did something today that I never thought I would do. I joined a health club. The only reason why I did was because we get a hella good deal through my work and they have Yoga classes. Now let's see if I actually go. The plan is to go tomorow and do a few minutes on the staitonary bike or something that I already know how to use. Next Thursday I have an appointment with a personal trainer. Hopfully I won't be too much of an embarrassment to myself.

Tammy's flying in tomorrow. I can't wait!

Only 20 more shopping days left!

Happy December!

Happy December! Only twenty-four more shopping days left.

My Thanksgiving was incredibly uneventful. I went to work at 6am like I usually do and ended up going home at 9am. Since I had not gotten a good night's sleep I decided to take a nap. This plan was working out well until Ben's loud and annoying friends decided to pay a visit. Ben and I drove up to his parent's house in Globe where we watched the Sound of Music complete with hella annoying children singing along offkey. Dinner was fabulous, though there were onions and mushrooms in the stuffing so I didn't eat any. After Diner we played a couple rousing games of UNO before we headed back to the valley. Exciting huh?
