I am a total slacker. There really hasn't been too much going on though.
On the seventh of February I twisted my ankle in dance class. On the ninth of February I had a competition. It was not fun. I iced the hell out of it and took a lot of pain pills. It still hurt a bit though and I ended up not doing some of my dances, but I got my one medal that I seem to be getting every competition. The thing that makes me really pissed is that before I hurt myself I was feeling really good about my dancing. My energy level was up because I was going to the gym and I just felt like it could be a really good competition. Two of the mothers in class even complimented me on how well I had been dancing lately. Well, next competition I am going to kick some ass.
It now looks as though Ben and I won't be moving back to Minnesota this May. There just won't be enough room for us in the house with my sister taking over. I think this could be a good thing. I don't think I ever really wanted to move back home anyway, it was just my only option other than staying here at the moment, and I am getting tired of Phoenix. I'll stick it out though.
Since it looks like I am going to be here longer than I thought I have decided to start learning more stuff so that I can possibly get a different job within the company, one that would pay a lot more. The job that I have my eye on is a web server administrator and the starting pay is one and a half times my current salary so it would be like getting an extra paycheck a month. My goal is to be in that position by May because there are three paychecks that month.
So that's what's been happening with me in the month of February. Maybe I will get it in gear and actually post something more before the month is over.
