Bitter Cold
This weekend I began painting the name and logo on the window of the dance studio. Of course I pick the weekend where the temperature decides to drop and the wind kicks up. I was out there for over four hours on Saturday and then another two hours on Sunday night, and I still have a lot left to do. It's looking pretty cool though.
I have also been working on my linux box. It's almost all set up, I have just been having issues with the ftp connection. As soon as everything is up to par I am thinking about hosting my friends' sites, possibly for a nominal fee. Nothing has been set in stone yet though.

Bring on teh funny
Last night I went to see the Comedy Central Live tour with Dave Attell and Lewis Black. Hella funny shit. I won't repeat any of the jokes here because that would be lame. Seriously folks, if that tour is coming to a town near you, go!
Got my grade back for my midterm that I took last Tuesday and somehow I pulled an A- out of my ass. Sweet.
I am thinkng about adding a "links" page to this site. It would probably go under the "about me" section. I still have not written an artist's statement so I will probably scrap that. I was going to make this my 'professional' site, but since I am not really concentrating on my art too much anymore, this is just my "me" site now.
That's about all that is going on with me.

Well, it's been a while.
Partly due to my busy life and partly due to the firewall on my server that doesn't let me upload stuff from blogger.com. I'm not even sure I will be able to publish this.
Well, I finished my first semester at Keller, and I even got an A in my class. I am also half way through with semester number two. I took my midterm on Tuesday. So far I have been doing fine in that class, though it is a lot of busy work.
I have the sweetest new setup at home. I now have a brand new Windows 2000 server box as well as a dedicated linux box that is running Red Hat 9.0. I am still setting up the Red Hat box, but that will eventually be my server and I will move all my sites onto it and also hook up some friends too, if they need the space.
Work's the same. Nothing to report on that end.
Next month is going to be crazy! The first weekend I have a dance competition. On the 16th I have a final to take and a twelve page paper to hand in. Three days later I am flying to Florida for my friend Li's wedding at Walt Disney World. I will be getting home form that trip at midnight on December 21st. Then I have ot work for two days, and right after work on Tueday I catch a 7pm flight to Minnesota to spend the Holidays with my family. That trip will last until December 27th. I am so excited! Hopefully I will survive.
I fixed the compatibility issue I was having with this site and Mozilla Browsers. It's not as pretty as it is in IE, but at least you can actually browse the site now.
I think that's about all I have to say.
Sweet! One flip of a setting and I am up and running again. I didn't see that SFTP setting before.
