New Server
Well, I have moved my site over to my new server. Hopefully everything is OK.
My Holidays have been going good. The trip home was nice and it was great to see the family again. It was also great to have a few days where I didn't need to do anything.
I haven't gotten really sick yet, though I have been really tired lately and my nose has been running. Hopefully it will just pass over and never get any worse than this.
Tonight I think I will finally replace the network card in my linux box. Hopefully that will fix the issues with the ftp.
One more week of quiet and then I start my next class. This one should be fun though, Internet Oriented Programming. Though it really isn't programming at all, more like scripting. I will get to hone my html skills and learn xhtml and java and stuff. The only thing that isn't included that I want to learn is php, but I can probably pick that up from a book.
That's about all that is going on right now.

By the time I get to Phoenix...
I got back to Phoenix safe and sound from Florida last night.
It was freaking cold down there and I realised that my family isn't nearly as crazy as I thought - comparatively so at least.
I did have a good time though, but I am exhausted and overloaded with sugar.
In about 30 hours I will be on another plane on my way home to Minnesota for the holidays. I think I am coming down with something though. Between the weather changes and the sick children I was around all weekend, I wouldn't bee surprised if I got really sick. I am crossing my fingers though and I will stop at the drug store on the way home to pick up dome decongestants and echineacia or vitamin C. I refuse to go down without a fight. My Gabby is sick with the flu now too, so my chances of getting something when I fly home are increased tenfold.
Great.
That's about all for now.

Dream Concrete
I had the strangest dream last night. I am still weirded out by it. All that I remember is that my family all lived in a house down here in Phoenix, which is strange, but it gets even weirder. Without telling me, my family plans a trip to Tuscon, and when I find out I get really pissed. Well, it turns out that they are going to Tuscon to perform some bizarre ceremony... thing. Something involving some creapy shit and coming to terms with my mother's death (this is the first dream that I remember where she isn't still alive - maybe that could be considered progress). Anyway, I get really creeped out and threw a fit, begging them not to go. Then they set the house on fire and I ran upstairs to my bedroom to try and save stuff form the fire. I also let the cat out the window (strange because I don't have a cat). While I am frantically trying to save my irreplacing possesions, the fire suddenly stops. I go outside and my family is there like it was all a big joke. Creeped me out.
When I was waking up from the dream, while in that strange inbetween state, I swore I heard someone in my apatment. I heard someone sit down at my desk and then come into my bedroom with a small, dim light. There were muffled voices and then a cat ran up and down my bed. I wanted to scream or something, but I was still asleep enough to where I couldn't move. It was so freaky. I couldn't get back to sleep at all.
Sorry if this is hard to read, but you know how it is when you are trying to describe a dream.

Fender Bender
I forgot to mention that on Friday, while I was running errands, an ASU student in a Ford Explorer put a nice dent in my front passenger fender. Nice. And now today, while driving to class, my car started shaking everytime I got to 40 MPH. I am not sure what is causing that, but it could possibly be a misalignment caused by that bitch ASU student hitting my car. It could also be my car finally turning the corner into POS territory and starting to crap out on me.
This is exactly what I need right now. I just have so much extra time and money to piss away right now, I am glad that I found something to waste it on.

I hurt myself today...
Of course, when I want to update my blog, blogger.com is down. Bastards. After about three hours of waiting and refreshing the page, things are back up.
Had a dance competition yesterday. It went about the same as all the others have been going lately. I was in pain, but danced anyway and walked away with one medal (this time it was a 5th in my treble jig - the only dance that I have been practicing lately, but still kind of messed up on). Oh well. Maybe if I would stop getting hurt, I would start doing better.
I finished all my X-mas shopping this week. Yea. One less thing to worry about.
I have to write a ten page paper and study for my final. This is going to be a fun week. I probably won't be posting here again for a while because I will be really busy with school and then my trips to Florida and Minnesota. I might surprise myself though and find some time.
That's about it. Exciting huh?

Epic
After weeks of waiting (ok, so maybe it was only a week), my man Wil Wheaton has made his 'epic announcement.'
RAWK ON! \m/

Stuffed
Thanksgiving was great. Nice and quiet. I actually braved the sales on 'Black Friday.' I scored a 256 MB compact flash card and sd momory card for cheap from Best Buy and a kick ass new desk chair from Office Max to replaced my ghetto one.
This weekend I have a competition. My heel has still big bugging me so I am going to take it easy this week and ice it everynight. Hopefully I will be fine to dance.
I can't believe it is December! Only 24 more shopping days left. And only 18 more days before I fly off to Florida then Minnesota to see the family.
I have a good chunk of my shopping done. Only about four more people that I need to buy for and I already know what I want to get them.
Got a little bit more done on the window, and I actually drew a little bit this weekend. I might put it up on the site later, when I have time.
