The Real American Hero
So at dance class the week following my previous post, I biffed again. During the same dance. That time I went over on my ankle and twisted the hell out of it. It was nice and swollen for a couple days. And to top it all off, I had a competition four days later. Fun. I ended up with three thirds and a second though. Not too bad for an injured foot. I placed in all my hardshoe and got a second in my Prizewinner hornpipe. Yay!
I have been taking it easy since the competition though and haven't been to the gym. I am really starting to feel crappy because of that too. I was feeling so good when I was going to the gym regularly. The foot is all better so I am going back in this Thursday and Saturday.
My pictures from Europe have a new home. I found an even more kickass php photo album. The old links below will redirect you, but the new home is here.
Only two more days left of my Strategic Management of Technology class. Exciting. Then it's on to Project Management of some sort.
Maybe someone noticed that my sites were down much of the day yesterday. Yeah, I broke it, but it's fixed now (obviously). I was trying to upgrade php from 4.3.4 to 5.0.1 and the apache web server wouldn't start up again and it wouldn't give me any errors about why it wasn't starting up. It turned out to be a really easy fix, though I was too sleep deprived to see it.
Now I know, and knowing is half the battle.
